Our Executive Chef, David Aspin, has worked for some of the most iconic chefs in the country, Marco Pierre-White at The Oak Rooms and Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road. David achieved a Michelin star as head chef of Paul Heathcote’s, Longridge Restaurant in Lancashire.
The excellent Sue Mackay looks after the Front of House. Sue is assisted by her somellier, Lorenzo, who will recommend just the right wine for you. Our wine list is extensive and eclectic, with something to suit even the most discerning diner.
