At the heart of the dining experience is our exceptional food. We use locally sourced fresh Scottish ingredients to create our delicious and varied seasonal menus. Our food is inspired by classical Scottish cooking but with a creative Italian twist.
Our Executive Chef, David Aspin, has worked for some of the most iconic chefs in the country, Marco Pierre-White at The Oak Rooms and Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road. David achieved a Michelin star as head chef of Paul Heathcote’s, Longridge Restaurant in Lancashire.
